For the past 18 years AYDP has been inspiring youth and creating the leaders of tomorrow who are instilled with a vision of excitement about making a difference to the world we live in. Founded with a simple, yet bold mission, to enhance the self esteem of every young person we encounter.
AYDP delivers its programmes in a fun, interactive and unique style that elevates self belief, self confidence and self worth, all of which are remembered and implemented beyond the boundaries of a school yard. AYDP has specialised in leadership and life training for school students since its inception. We pride ourselves on delivering fun, experiential, inspirational and transformational in-school, conferences and travel programmes, that are conducted with students Australia-wide.
Our belief is that ‘Leadership is any action that makes the world I touch a better place’ – and that it is accessible to anyone, irrelevant of badge or title. Leadership is a choice!
